Publications Proposal Submission

Any use of consortium-wide data in publications, presentations, and grant proposals must go through an approval process to ensure fairness and prevent overlap of efforts within the DPC. Briefly, prospective authors submit proposals to the PPsC for vetting and approval.

If approved, the CEC Data Coordination Core provides cleaned, de-identified data through a secure portal as described in the Data Sharing Agreement. The timeline for providing the data depends on the extent of the request, and teams are advised to consider this factor when developing data requests and publication timelines.

Before beginning a proposal, please review the DPC Guidelines for Presentations and Public Release of Consortium-Wide Data for product-specific requirements. To prevent potential overlaps in research questions and/or analyses, researchers are also encouraged to thoroughly review the Master List of approved research topics before proceeding to submit publication proposals. For questions about the proposal submission process, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at publications@diversityprogramconsortium.org.
